Our company has emerged victorious in a recent intellectual property rights protection case, securing compensation exceeding 3.1 million yuan. The case initiated rights protection actions in 2017 and after more than four years of administrative investigation, trial at the grassroots intellectual property court, appeal to the Supreme People's Court, and other legal processes, we have successfully obtained all relevant responses and ultimately achieved a final victory in 2021. The Supreme Court rendered a final judgment and ordered the infringing company to compensate our company for economic losses exceeding 3.1 million yuan, including reasonable expenses incurred in protecting our rights. Our company successfully enforced the compensation awarded. Such a ruling is highly uncommon in domestic intellectual property litigation, delivering a significant blow to potential infringers and serving as another exemplary case for domestic enterprises to proactively employ legal measures in safeguarding their intellectual property rights and interests.
